cancer

you’re a cancer

multiplying

bigger

growing

killing silently

agony and

my funeral procession

all in black

like my lungs

chained

weighted

drowning in

tears mingle with

eyeliner and rose-

scented perfume

you

look

so

good

in

those

jeans,

love

you can hardly imagine

what its’ like to die

euthanasia

careful

precise

the exact amount

of morphine

to pointlessly numb

the prick of the

needle

before

it

all

fades away

i’m dying

from my

cancer

all

in

black

like a

tumor

i deserve better
